Off in order, back on in reverse: cloth, pockets, rails, bed sections, then frame and legs, each one wrapped as it leaves the room. Slate travels upright and strapped; rails travel wrapped.
A cross-town run here beats most cities' cross-county ones, so the load is built for an hour of road rather than ten minutes of it. Nothing rides resting on anything else and the slate is strapped to the bulkhead rather than braced against the rails.

What the number is built from.
- Home to home move. We do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table.
- We will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
- Where the two addresses actually are, which in this city can mean an hour between them.
- Whether either floor is a slab or a pier and crawl space build.
- Whether new cloth goes on during the move, which beats bringing a crew back for it.
A picture of the table and one of the room it is going into will sharpen the number more than any description.
What finished looks like
We here at Jacksonville Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
